This is a technique I have always struggled with, as I believe the most important ingredient is patience....and I do not have any! Nothing amazing yet! Practice, Practice and Practice.

Because the Belted Kingfisher was far out, I can only just manage to focus, and by using Photoshop I can at lease make an interesting image. The Osprey, fly by often enough, but the trick is to catch it when it dives....

Another Early Morning at Royal Roads and the Lagoon, I'm learning - those little swallows are fast! And I do love the kingfisher, from completely across the pond. Yah, we have young eagles at the lagoon!
